We want your order to arrive safely and on time! Here's how to track your delivery in a few easy steps.
Step 1 – Find your tracking number
Check your inbox for your order confirmation email from Newbury Prints. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel.
Step 2 – Follow your carrier link
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to be taken directly to the carrier's tracking page, where you'll see live delivery updates.
Step 3 – View your order online
You can also view your order status and tracking information at any time by visiting your Order History in your Newbury Prints account.

Please note turnaround times are detailed at the top of our website and should be reviewed before our purchasing. Please allow allow this turnaround for your order to be dispatched before chasing. If it's been longer, feel free to get in touch.
My tracking link isn't updating.
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. Please check back a little later.
My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it.
Please check with neighbours and in any safe places first. If you still can't locate your parcel, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
